"Easy and reliable. I shipped 12 boxes to India recently and many other companies I had contacted either refused to ship them or sounded dodgy. I called up Pack and Send, spoke to Tony Mendico on a Tuesday and by Friday the same week, all my paperwork was in order and he came and personally picked up all my boxes from home. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was easy and straightforward for me - to the point that he also explained why sending all the boxes by sea was a cheaper and safer option for certain destinations. The boxes reached India in just over a month and everything inside had remained perfectly intact, including all the glassware and ceramics.
