"What a horrible experience. I have placed an order for an express delivery. But the delivery person left a card without any location to pick up. When i call the 24/7 number their was a horrible lady answer the phone and said she is unable to check my delivery and hung up the phone. All the other delivery services they provide a card with a pick up point. What is the poimt of getting an express service we have to call everywhere to find our delivery."
"The amount of stress this company is giving me is the top of the list. I had already lodge several complaints regarding the item I did not receive which they claimed to have been sent. But what they did was, they sent their staff to my house and shown me the photo of the item where it was delivered. I had already told them multiples time that the photo shown as proof is not my home. A few days later, I received an email with the new photos of my house ( the front yard and the garage) claiming that they already sent out the item to this address. I am absolutely dumb founded!! This is causing me a lot of unnecessary stress. Every time I tried to file a complaint regarding this matter, I have to explain the same story again and again. I am so tired. It had been ongoing for the past 2 to 3 months already. If this matter is not solve within this week or the next week, I'm just going with Ombudsman instead. I'm so done with Toll."
"Very disappointing!!!! I have been tracing my parcels since Feb 2022 with calls and emails. It was supposed to be delivered to me before Xmas 2021. Poor system in place! They don't inform and keep me update. Finally they return my parcels to sender without my consent. Not reliable at all. This is my first time and is my last time to use TOLL."
"I would have flown to New Zealand, spend 3 weeks there came back with my package in a quicker time than toll has taken to deliver my parcel. couldn't deliver due to an accident on the road. then drove back to depot where for 3 days no scans, call to ask what is happening. all i get is that they cant even contact their own depot for an update. Absolute joke"
"Worst delivery service ever!! Even worse customer service , I want to 0 stared them but I couldn't,I can't believe the compony like this still existing ,I supposed to receive a parcel in 3 to 5 business days ,now it has been 2 weeks and noting happend,I 've called them every single day ,and no clear answer ,nothing unless some hilarious random answers just like the "tracking your parcel" part in their website which is not make sense at all."
