Welcome to Communify Qld - Paddington Hall, a community space located at Moreton Street in Paddington, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest in the area, we strive to enhance the capacity of the community by providing support for a wide range of programs and services that cater to the unique needs and interests of residents in Brisbane’s inner city neighborhoods.

To access our system and make bookings at your convenience, please register an account. From there, you can easily check venue availability and make your desired bookings. However, please note that bookings cannot be made within 48 hours of the desired date and time.

When creating a booking, it is important to provide a $10 million public liability insurance certificate (under 2MB) and, if applicable, your ACNA if you are a Not For Profit organization. This ensures the safety and protection of all parties involved during your time at our community spaces.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please visit our amendment/cancellation page. Please be aware that bookings cancelled under 7 days will incur a full hire fee, while bookings cancelled or amended outside of 7 days will incur a $10 administration fee. Credit reimbursements may take up to 3 weeks, so please email us your bank account details to expedite this process.

We understand that the hiring fees for our community spaces may pose a challenge to implementing your program. We encourage you to get in touch with Pam at (07) 3510 2700 or via email if you require assistance in this regard. We are always willing to work with you to find solutions that benefit the community.

If you plan to have alcohol at your event, please note that you must use a licensed caterer. We recommend the catering services of Cuisine on Cue or Dux Gutz Catering for your convenience.

To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of our venues, we kindly request that hirers follow our checklist when concluding their booking. Basic cleaning products and equipment are provided, but please feel free to notify us via email if any supplies are running low. Please note that a cleaning bill may be forwarded if the venue is left in an unsatisfactory state.

To schedule an inspection of our venues, please email our team with three preferred dates and times that are suitable for you. Please also specify the venue you wish to inspect. Access cards can be obtained during our office hours at 180 Jubilee Terrace, Bardon, with a refundable deposit of $20.00 for the master swipe card.
