"If you want to pick up germs or a virus buy coffee and food from here. One staff member coughs all over everything with no mask on. Don’t come to work if you are sick! Listen to the health advice and stop being so selfish! Another staff member uses the public toilets adjacent to her cafe and walks straight out without cleaning her hands. They switch off the rewards computer all the time pretending that it doesn’t work, so that you can’t claim your rewards. Disgrace. Head office needs to be involved here to investigate further."
"Unfortunately, this store hasn't always abided by the national milk policy of not charging for soy, almond or lactose free. Head office and myself were lied to several times by the managers of this store; head office were told that the store wasn't charging for milk, and I was told that no one had contacted or visited the store. Because of all these things, they lost me as a customer. They claimed other Muffin Break stores in the area were also charging for different milk, but that was another lie."
"Staff become not friendly when I was claiming my free birthday muffin. Ordered a cup of coffee hoping at least I could sip a nice coffee, but coffee also a let down, more over it did not get to add to my member point, even after I reminded her. (checked after a few days). What a disappointment."
