"I’ve been a regular customer at the gloria jeans brandon park store for over 10 years now and i used to love it. Great coffee and great people who work there. A new worker has started i’m not sure her name but she has blonde hair and piercings. She is quite rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. Whenever i order my regular soy cappuccino she always says “what did you want” while staring daggers at me. No smile, doesn’t look like she wants to be there at all. i have also seen people come back complaining about their orders as she doesn’t know the menu and constantly makes drinks wrong. Either train your staff to be welcoming to customers or i won’t be returning."
"Went to order yesterday and ordered a cappuccino but got a burnt tasting flat coffee. This is also the second time and I've only been there twice and I think it's the same lady. Personally I wouldve taken a 7/11 coffee over this. The lady was mopping the floor before I came and leveled the coffee grounds in the tamp with her hand too. Please check that your baristas know what they are doing."
"Thank goodness for Gloria Jeans coffee shop and the Brandon Park Shopping Centre. Oakleigh now hopeless as the whole escalator part shut off until further notice...duh! Please Do Not close Brandon Park as not too many good places around here on the weekend. Don't want to have to go to Maccas really @ my advanced age, although will do that if I have to. Merrowyn."
