"All staffs here are very nice, except the guy who works on Saturday night shift about 10pm. First time, we came to the depot and did not know that we have to wear safe tops to be inside. He yelled at us just like we are his naught kids... event we said sorry that we did not know Second time, we met him again, we forgot the delivery number, it is our faults, but we know where the parcel came from and when it arrived . We asked if he can help us to find out, cause we have enough info except the number... He yelled at us again... While we had met so many staffs in the office before, they are nice and helpful... We realised that we are discriminated because we are asian and he though that we couldn't speak English..."

"Really bad company to work with who can't provide safety for their workers, don't expect anything else from them. Look at the plain pallets, where edges are completely damaged & 1of the operations manager said na the pallets are fine, just a joke this manager, who just there for himself no-one else. Many more other incidents that I can write about with a proof, but na, shi* company, frozen food most of the time sitting on norma floor at room temperature until it goes to the truck."

"Worst drivers on the road, they bully other road users, speed, pull out in front of you, go through red lights. Do not use or support a company that has drivers of this low standard."

"Cowboy driver last night 23/02/18 10.10pm gets onto the ring road in laverton tailgating me with his high beams on and flashing his spot lights (all because he wanted to get into my lane and i sped up to let him in behind me and didn`t slow down to let him in when he was beside me). What makes it worse is he would have seen my 3 kids scared in the back seat turning around looking at him. He was 1 meter behind me with high beams and spot lights on full beam. I tried changing lanes and this cowboy driver tried chasing me down, when other cars got in his way he was high beaming them too. I took the exit at Ballarat rd and he pulled over trying to do his road rage. When he seen we were recording the incident he quickly sped of. I have made a formal complaint with the company, i want it looked into, i have video footage of the incident and i hope this looser gets stood down, because actions like this is NOT acceptable, a warning is not sufficient and he could of killed us or anyone else on the road last night. Putting familys at risk, driving heavy vehicles like that is uncalled for."
