"Absolutely disappointed with the level of service & issues experienced during delivery of my order. I ordered a bed head & bed base through Temple & Webster on 1/Feb/2023. I expected my order to be delivered in 1-2 weeks from the date of ordering (1/Feb/2023) as it was in stock & the T&W website advised it would be dispatched within 2 business days of ordering. Whilst the dispatch from T&W was timely (dispatched to Designer Transport on 3/Feb/2023), it took a total of > 11 weeks for my items to be delivered - delivery was finally received last Thursday 20/Apr/2023. The first order was finally declared "lost in transit" in Designer Transport's warehouse after 6 weeks of chasing & it was subsequently re-ordered (to again be delivered by Designer Transport). I did not see ANY effort made to expedite the delivery of the re-ordered items despite my multiple follow-ups & escalations with both T&W and Designer Transport. I subsequently requested my delivery fee to be refunded but was advised only 50% of the delivery fee could be refunded. The lack of communication, failure to return my phone calls & provide a status update by both the courier & T&W left me extremely frustrated & disappointed. UPDATE: I was contacted by a representative from Designer Transport within hours of posting this review requesting further feedback. After which, I was refunded the remaining 50% of the delivery fee."
"Had a delivery today by William and Terry. Nobody was home due to a family emergency. I was able to speak to William to find a solution. He was kind, understanding and flexible and still managed to complete the delivery. During a stressful time, his kindness made things that little bit easier for us. Amazing service - thank you."
