"I've used MTL on more than one occasion. Had to relocate interstate due to custody and Jackie picked up the phone on a Sunday morning and had me moved by 24 hrs. She was empathetic, caring and very professional. Workers disassembled and wrapped furniture, cleaned and tidied my messy rooms, all the while reassuring me while loading boxes without damaging any furniture. I used a local company after MTL was booked out and had a broken leg with my new velvet coach, 2 dents in my brand new Samsung fridge. I was gutted. It's a family run business, I was discounted on the rate but was blown away by their efficiency and gentleness in handling my things. Cannot recommend them enough. Will be moving again soon and am grateful these guys can fit me in. 10 stars if I could."

"Owners Rick & Jaqui .. what an untrustworthy & shifty duo! They order work & then don't pay the bills. Anyone carrying out work for them I suggest you get your money up front otherwise you may not get paid at all."

"Very bad experience! They did turn up on time to the first address for pick up, then went missing for two hours! After I contacted the office to find out where they were I was told they had to go and get a bigger truck which I had requested weeks earlier. When they did finally turn up one guy smelt so bad of cigarettes one had the worst BO I have ever smelt. Rick the owner apparently had a hernia and should not have been working. If it had not been for my 3 children and my 2 sisters and myself I would have never got moved in one day. Settlement was at 2pm and I had furniture sitting on the front nature strip for hours. Rick spent most of his time sitting in the truck while my family carried boxes and heavy furniture, for which I was paying them to move. When we finally got to the new house Rick continued to sit in one of the trucks and order Uber eats while my family unpacked. An absolute disgrace. I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole!!!"

"The crew from MTL were excellent. They notified me before they arrived. Loaded the truck with great care with in 2 hrs. Nothing was damaged or missing on arrival. Jackie and Ricky are owner operator, we have used them several times, their rates are very good and competitive. Excellent value for money. The driver carefully transported my goldfish (when others wouldn’t) and Jackie kindly looked after my fish for two days. Very impressed with their excellent services. Thank you for the great services, we will definitely be using them again and fully recommend them."
