Reviews of Cafe Eden
"Cafe Eden is always great, can be a long wait for food or coffee if there is only one person on, but absolutely have to have the scones. Worth the wait."
"Recently, I visited Cafe Eden and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. It took a whopping 50 minutes for our my food to get ready. During this time, no apologies or updates were provided by the staff. Overall, I was quite disappointed by my experience at this cafe. The lengthy wait time and the small portion of food would be enough to discourage me from returning, but the poor service was truly the nail in the coffin. The customer should be informed of the wait time when placing an order so they can choose whether or not to do so. It's unprofessional to keep them waiting without providing an update or an apology."
"The cafe customer service and politeness is poor. Had a very raw full of salt scrambled eggs but the workers there did not want to agree and were rude. The lady at the counter was nice just the kitchen staff was rude and they don’t know how to do the omelets right or even agree to the fault. Scones are very yummy and the farm is wonderful."
"We go to this cafe nearly every weekend! Nestled within the Edendale farm, and only a 2 min walk from the Eltham North Adventure playground, this cafe is the perfect place to have a coffee, smoothie or homemade cake after a play! It's a small kitchen with limited but yummy options and very friendly staff. My toddler has a babychino in a beautiful eccentric china cup and saucer most weekends along with a yummy homemade scone"
"We went for a late lunch around 2pm. Were informed they had ran out of most items on the menu which is very limited anyway. What we did order was tasty. Staff friendly but it took a very long time to receive our food and only a couple of tables occupied. The new cafe set up is great and of course ambience is awesome. They just need to work on their systems a bit more."
