"I dropped a consignment at the Melbourne depot on Thursday, to be shipped to perth Friday arriving Monday. The following Wednesday in told the truck still hasn't arrived, when I called the Melbourne depot to enquire, the receptionist when she thought I was on hold said, "oh ffs", simply because I asked her to do her job. I asked to speak to a manager who was clearly not a manager, and when I asked to speak to someone higher, he said "only f'ing God is higher", I will in future avoid this mob like the plague, the unprofessionalism and arrogance was next level, if I could have given a minus star I would have, first an last time I use them. I did however manage to get hold of a fellow from the Perth depot named Gary who was an absolute gentleman, but I want be using the Melbourne depot again."

"Hey people who do GKR or are new to GKR i just want to say GKR is a life changing experience and its not to try be the best in the class to me its about trying ur hardest no matter if ur short or tall, skinny or big, asian or black every body can join in. I'm 6th rye or green belt and i had this message in my head about self defense you know how when someone is going to kidnapped you and u fight back and run, they resist and grab you again, u fight back again and resist again, why would u run again? i do parkour and if u dont know what that means google it. and if GKR would sponsor another training for parkour it will help most people who go and started GKR to escape from bad people just saying i say its a good idea and my teachers believe hit them harder and you relise ur hand is bleed from punching too hard and ur foot tat feels like it has a bruise tats y i love parkour and GKR = AC LEL JK :P"
