"I used Mel’s ride share on Saturday 6 may 2023 for wedding booked first car for pickup and drop off perfect. Booked second car for pickup drop off home 10.15 didn’t turn up while left in the freezing cold dark and raining after many phone calls, messages also tried what’s app fell on deaf ears still waiting for response Tuesday 9th luck for driver jimmy had the good sense to come back after my wife begged him to go back for us be careful when booking this service they are not genuine business very unprofessional. Maybe the other reviews are all family."

"I highly recommend Mel. She picked up my mum from the airport after two years of not seeing her. She was pretty stressed due to the all the rules of getting in, but Mel was there to meet & greet and drive her back to our house some 70ks from the airport. Mel communicated with me all the time until she got here. Great value and not much more than a taxi and a nice vehicle for the long drive back. Thanks Mel!"
