"My experience from Taxibox has been 5/5, couldn’t have been better. Website was easy to book, and the lady on the phone was super helpful in estimating how boxes were required. They told me they’ll drop off 3, and if I don’t need the last one, they’ll pick it up and won’t charge me for it. Drivers were on time and were very handy in chatting to me about where to pop the containers on my property, and why. On drop off (7 months later) the process was just as easy - booked it via their website, and they called to confirm the details and used Google Maps to confirm placement. Re delivery was also free! Forklift driver was super helpful when they arrived, giving me a trailer to store stuff on the road. He was also able to pick up all the containers on the same day at my request after they were unloaded. Everything was just the way it was when I packed them. 100% recommended!!"
