"Dennis was an absolute lifesaver! Our British Bulldog (Pablo) was turned away at a pet hotel due to being a month behind on his vaccination. The hotel failed to review his files and alert us to this prior to date of check-in, and left us with no alternative. We were moving houses and were due to travel interstate immediately after. Dennis put us right at ease during this moment of utter chaos and panic. He went above and beyond to source another kennel who were gracious enough to take Pablo in, get his vaccines up to date and look after him all in just a matter of 30 minutes.
