"John Beale could not sell a property in 5 months. Jan Jones sold it in 2 days. After a stressful 5 months selling with John Beale we pulled the listing and went with another agent. The new agent had some interesting insights after taking inquiries. We had potential buyers who were interested in buying the property but were unable to get in contact with John and were not able to inspect the property. John provided no insight or guidance as to how to sell the property during the 5-month sales attempt. His phone calls were tone deaf and absolutely useless. His calls after open homes were simple, "no offers today". Anything else John!? His only advice when prompted for advice, was to drop the price. During the 5 months, we dropped the price by $100k. As soon as I emailed John and advised we were re-listing with another agent, he emailed the advertising invoice and refused to hand over the keys until the funds had cleared. I tried to call John but he never answered any calls again. Both myself and the new agent emailed John about the keys with screenshots of the invoice payment receipt but he refused to handover the keys. He further delayed the sale longer than the 5 months it had already taken. If you want your house to sell, JAN JONES."

"I asked for an appraisal writing to him via an email with a time frame intact, for him to carry out a drive past appraisal, he choose to leave me waiting for 6days until I called him and was told by John Beal himself he never answered my email because he don’t appraise home with no access, I explained to him it would have been professional to reply and say that as iv been waiting, he just hung up on me…. So if that’s his way to carry out business I would not recommend his real estate agency based in Redcliffe QLD."

So a swollen door frame and a door that didn't close and emails advising but ignored 3 times by John and his rental staff resulted in mouldy squelchty carpet. John wouldn't agree that the carpet needed to come up. He maintained to have it professionally dried would be enough. The underlay was rotten That all led to the question above. John knows I have a respiratory condition. Unprofessional arrogant and now vindictive. Still waiting for a quote to replace carpet . When asked for a time frame Johns reply. "Directly" John really does Not care Dishonest evasive unprofessional. Not recommended."

"John Beale Realestate are shody and dishonest agents. They charge for services they aren't providing. No communication from them or John himself when issues arise. Lack of professionalism. I would not rent from them or get them to manage your investment. Beware of this Realestate. Zero stars rating from myself and family members"
