"MPM Property are trying to steal our bond money after 8 years of living in the property in perfect condition. They are claiming that the property was not clean when we left, even though we had professional carpet cleaners come in and provide receipts. They are also trying to charge us for painting, even though there was no damage to the walls. We have photo evidence of the condition of the property, which shows that it was clean and in good condition when we left. MPM Property's claims are completely false. They are trying to steal our bond money by making false accusations. We are not the first tenants to have this issue with MPM Property. There are many negative reviews of this company on Google, and many other tenants have reported that they have been falsely accused of damages and had their bond money withheld. We will be taking this matter to QCAT, and we are confident that we will win. We urge anyone who is considering using MPM Property to think twice. This company is dishonest and will try to steal your money. We are also warning other tenants to be careful when dealing with MPM Property. This company is not to be trusted."

"A؜ Restablished Family Home is born. Meeting Alisha was a privilege. Also speaking with other MPM Properties colleagues was nice to. They are warm and friendly people who actually listen to you. Our time in our home is still early in it's tenancy agreement but I feel that we will be here for a long time. We had a late change to the number of occupants and it set the final approval back a day or two but MPM PROPERTIES saw the benifits of having 3 stable incomes to support the our application.
