"It pains me to even give one star. Owners and Tenants - Steer clear. These jokers took over a reputable company "Beyond Property Management" who were the agents when we took on our lease. As soon as RMA took over there was a degradation of service. Unanswered emails, nobody picking up the telephone. Then when it came down to terminating the lease, they agree in writing but when it comes close to moving out, deny all knowledge of any early vacate. Basically resorting to gaslighting even though the evidence clearly stated acceptance of our vacate date. That evidence was instrumental for the subsequent QCAT hearing, which came after Jude's attempt to bully me into paying for 8 weeks rent by stating that QCAT would definitely rule in their favour and the "Law was on their side". Turns out, QCAT were satisfied with my evidence provided (RMA didn't bother to show up) and the full bond has been refunded - turns out RMA know very little about the law. If you have the misfortune of being stuck with these, then make sure you keep all evidence. Any phone call logs - screenshot them. Follow up any phone conversations by email, outlining the conversation. One more thing.... tenants and owners alike - may want to question why there is so much paperwork left laying around in an unlocked cabinet in the Aspley office - and what sort of sensitive information may be contained within - see photo :)"

"BPM were great. Unfortunately RMA took over in Feb 22 & it’s been a complete mess ever since. A revolving door of property managers, unanswered emails & calls, correct records not kept. I suspect some individuals were doing their best but working within a poorly organised company meant their work was inefficient. I persevered for a year with RMA but have since taken my business elsewhere. My recommendation is stay away from RMA."

"Renters review, landlords and renters be aware. When I secured my rental the company was beyond property management, soon after we signed the lease RMA bought out beyond and it all went down hill from there. Our dishwasher went out, it took almost 2 months and a form 11 being raised for them to try help, I ended up calling the electrical company doing the installation and booking it myself. Then the smoke alarms were faulting in my home, I called for help and they told me to call the smoke alarm place myself. I had 6 property managers in the space of 4 months, my landlord ended up changing to a new property management company who has been incredible! Even after the change RMA continued to send us overdue rent advice which was stressful as we were paying rent to the other rental managers. They only came to inspect the property once in the space of almost a year, they were constantly uncontactable, and the only way my landlord knew who the property manager was that week was if we told her. Communication is poor, they show no care or compassion to tenants, I absolutely would never rent or buy through this company."

Over the years we have used several rental management companies - however none have been as professional and thorough as BPM. Heather and the Team are exceptional Property Managers and I can't recommend them high enough."
