"The apartment is quite close to the shopping centre, train station and bus station so all is handy. The park in front of the apartment is pretty and lovely. "Lynn and Jason are the new manager of the business, but Lynn has been my own property manager for years! I have consistently experienced the best residential support services from them. They are very experienced, friendliest, super fast response, always answer the phone! Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly. They always follow up the the issues, make sure problems have been solved completely! Thank you Lynn and Jason !"
"Very very not professional and not accommodating the tenants' aspiration whatsoever. We could not accept this treatment and brought the matter to QCAT. We won the case and they behaved very rude and ignorant right after they lost. They were very unreasonable at the exit inspection - their unit was not in mint condition and stretches were all over the place. They blamed us for things that we did not break and were very, I repeat VERY, dodgy to take our deposit from RTA. Location was the only good thing memorable from renting this place - and all things considered, it's not worth."
