"Went through drive through at Morayfield Hungry Jacks to order dinner. Ordered a whopper with cheese meal. Got home and i said to myself this burger is cold. Looked inside the whopper and noticed there was no beef patty on my burger. Also my partners whopper beef patty was cold. Googled their phone number and rang them straight away to let them know, but no answer on their phone and couldn’t leave a message. Phone just rang out. Not happy at all. What we pay for these meals these should be double checked everything is in a meal especially a beef patty on a burger the most important item on a burger."

"Service was on time for it being crowded and good to hear and see all service areas being covered by various staff. Online orders had 1 staff completing them counter orders by another and so on. All fast food outlets need to follow this direction. Food is nice and hot would love to see their long chicken sub come back though was a favourite."

"Ordered a family bungle for dinner through Uber and the driver turned up with a bag of drinks and no food!! Asked the driver where the rest of my order is and she said that was the only bag she was given. So thanks to the bunch of Clowns at Morayfield Hungry Jacks for stuffing that up I now have 3 starving kids!!! Don’t bother ringing the store as no one ever answers!!!"
