"This is an above $3.50 per plate sushi restaurant, although they have less variety. They don't offer "raw" tuna, buri, madai, octopus and shrimps but still have most of Australian popular sushi. But on the other hand, because the hand made rice pice and huge amount of materials, there is still space to improve for them to find a perfect harmonious for their sushi. Moreover, sushi chefs are not only make sushi from menu but also some hidden dishs! So if you want some rare sushi, you can kindly ask them, they might be able to make it for you.
