"Booked here for a couple of nights.. lasted 1 hour before I realised, I ended up with a rash from bed bugs and carpet bugs and smelling like a wet dog. I felt like I was in Ukraine.. I didn't stay for my nights booked. I got picked up asap. With my clothes and baggage smelling like off cheese do not recommend. Would rather of slept with my high school priest"

"Room was very old and unwelcoming. Balcony was standing room only. Was not very clean and had a damp smell. The bathroom was renovated and very good. Plenty of hot water. Would not stay here again even though it was lower cost than most."

"Neat and clean little room with comfortable bedding. Loved the way the check in details were messaged to us and how we were able to access the room despite our massive delay in arriving. Not fancy at all but was in the perfect location for us (a 5 minute walk down to port side warf) and was everything we needed since we were basically just in the room to sleep and shower."

"The rooms were unsafe, not well cleaned, and not even close to adequately "renovated". I did not get any details of my room prior to check in, so upon arrival I had to go through the slightly annoying check in process. The room sent was a ground floor room, easily accessible by the public as it was an exterior room and it had no deadbolt! The lack of safety was appalling. In addition, the room was incredibly noisy due to cheap single pane windows that barely closed and people walking by every couple minutes. The toilet paper looked like it had been dropped in the toilet (soaked through halfway) and the floors and shower were not cleaned well. I felt extremely unsafe and they didn't answer their supposed 24 hour phone line. Luckily my coworker switched rooms with me. The below pictures are from the second room (3rd floor) where the closet was completely missing a door, there was a hole in the wall, still no deadbolt, and to top it off, no fan or window in the tiny shower/toilet room which meant a nice sauna with the toilet. I do not recommend staying here. The only tiny little redeaming factor is the short walk to a much nicer area with restaurants and shops."
