Daniel, the owner and chef of il Baretto, has an impressive culinary background. Born in the north of Italy, he completed his apprenticeship before working for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Venice and Harrold's in the UK. In 1999, Daniel arrived in Australia and started his career as a chef in a family restaurant in Melbourne. Since then, he has held positions as Head Chef in Victoria's largest reception center, as well as various cafes and restaurants. In 2020, Daniel opened il Baretto in Brisbane, bringing his passion for great service and quality food to his customers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, he owns and operates We Cook 4 U, a catering company that offers fine dining experiences in the comfort of your own home.
