"I tried to book accommodation by returning to the manager an email asking for account details and said she could text or email the account details but did not receive a reply. Phoned Saturday 2 days after the initial contact where I left a message on their mobile telling them I was going to put up a bad review and was surprised they were in business if this was how they conduct themselves. Received a call within minutes of leaving a message. The manager said she had sent 2 emails but I didn't receive funny how these emails didn't arrive but the first one did. You did have my mobile and I did say you could ring or text. We won't be going to these apartments in the future and hope the management learns to follow up on enquiries."
