"Extremely outdated rooms. Dents and scratches all over walls, dusty and dirty balcony. Marks on bed sheets and the tv was broken. Booked a stay for $160 and nearly $600 in total was put on hold for almost a week on my card. Furthermore when I informed and questioned management why this was the case, I received a rude and very unprofessional response. Good location but just not worth it."
"Apartment was well appointed with nice lounge/kitchen/dining area looking out onto the balcony. Bedroom was quite roomy and walk in robe was spacious with plenty of drawer and hanging space for a couple for a lengthy stay. The bathroom is not quite to the same standard as the rest of the apartment but still roomy with a big shower. Major criticism was the pool and spa were closed for renovations and they were a major influence on booking here. However once over that disappointment the apartment complex itself was everything you could ask for. Off street , under cover, secure parking is exactly that. The location is so adjacent to the CBD and major thorough fares it would be hard to find a better situated base for a Brisbane visit. Well worth the money, will definitely book here again."

"Very good stay at Eastwood. The Manager Mike was awesome to deal with and very helpful with my late arrival. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Roof top area is also a nice spot with good views towards the city. I'd definitely recommend Eastwood and would happily stay there again."
"Rooms are dated with lots of scratch marks. Bare bones furniture and no decorations. First room we checked into looked into a court yard with no views. We asked the building manager to change rooms and he was able to do so. I wouldn't say the rooms are dirty, but it's not modern and all the furniture needs to be refreshed. Everything is very worn out. You get what you pay for. Location is decent if you have a car and need a car park spot. The building is opposite a woolies which is handy, fairly close to cbd. However, I wouldn't stay here again."
