"Went into McDonald's and ordered my food which had a big mac with no sauce, drove home and found that my big mac had sauce and was missing the top of the bun. Drove back to McDonald's and showed the staff member and manager the burger, ok they replaced the buger but as I mentioned that the rest of the food was at home getting cold. So I drove home, the family ate their food and I had to microwave my chips, nuggets and burger as the burger that McDonald's stuffed up was my sons. I know McDonald's can get busy but the quality control needs to better and the customer service needs to improve."

"I came into the store on Saturday at 8:30 PM and I cam across Adrian the manager. He was being very disrespectful to his staff as well as customers. He was very slow and sat down a lot and would disappear for certain amounts of times while customers were waiting to be addressed for their complaints. The boy who was ( Bailey ) packing orders was doing very well even though the manager kept on disappearing. Very impressed with the young mans work. Kudos! I would not recommend this maccas in a million years and will certainly not be going back."

"Wife and I recently ordered through drive through and found an extremely long hair in our burger. This McDonald’s used to be very consistent and that is no longer the case. Have had many friends and family share their dissatisfaction of over cooked meat in burgers, dry and tasteless food and constantly receiving the wrong order. Please pick up your game as it’s simply not good enough."
