"Cancelled our booking, and found out on our way to the accommodation. Said they sent an email. I stated that I never received an email so send me a copy. Turns out it was not the right email address. No phone call...nothing. Apparently owners can sell their apartments and under no obligation to make amends.Poor form nothing in the terms and conditions that makes consumers aware of this. Body corporate needs to act on better practices. 13 hours of travel to arrive to this."

"Currently staying at Inn on the park. A tradie is 4 floors above drilling, horrendous. Manager said can't do anything after 9.30, he started at 8. and he is in a privately owned apartment, which she has no control over . I have control .... won't be back knowing that ! It's a Saturday. .Been coming here regularly"

"By far and away the worst experience I have ever had while staying in Brisbane. Upon arrival on a Tuesday we were told that we did not have a room booked until the Thursday even after showing the lady at the front counter our confirmation dates that were sent via email she still wanted to argue with us then after putting us into someone else’s apartment and failing to mention that it would not be for the three nights that we booked they then proceeded to let three different individuals walk into our room unannounced. On top of all this the man that also worked behind the counter came up to our room two days later and walked in without letting me answer the door and told us to pack and move rooms immediately so the room owner could come back to their room without informing us at all with a simple phone call or email, he also argued that the lady at the counter said we would have to move rooms and we both know she mentioned nothing of a sort. This is all two days after surgery. Unprofessional is a massive understatement I would definitely not recommend anyone book with these people as they clearly have no clue how to run the establishment.I wish there was an option for minus stars ⭐️ on this review"

"Saw cockroaches on my first day of stay. Contacted the admin staff who was able to help me by contacting the pest control man to use pest control around the apartment and the handyman to block off the drains. Unfortunately, multiple dead crockroaches appeared on the floor over the coming days. They explained that the pest control had recently been by my room before my stay, but it is problematic to see so many cockroaches at an apartment. I wonder if there is a cockroach infestation in the walls."

"No conditioner provided. How on earth is a female short-term traveller supposed to wash her hair with no conditioner? Reception said they stopped providing conditioner years ago. Not good enough. Rooms look dirty and look like they haven't had a deep clean in years. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, more like a 2.5-3 star."
