"Over the years there's been drastic ups and downs with customer service, but the product has more or less always been acceptable. Service isn't necessarily fast unfortunately, with (in the past) my orders been delayed for over half an hour over the ready time, not even on peak times. But when it was ready the product was verging cold by the time I recieved it. More recently the product quality has been improving. But what never changes is the pain-in-the-arse way you have to get in and out of this shopping complex, at least parking's never a problem though. -_-"
"If you don't live near this store, STAY AWAY. Once that first bite touches your tongue, every other store will be ruined and you'll be chasing that high for the rest of your days. Sometimes I go and visit my mum just so I have an excuse to get pizza from this store."
"I got home and my pizza was raw - a saggy mess where the topping was sliding off. The pastry wasn’t cooked. Took it back and I’ve got to give a big thumbs up to Dominoes Kenmore. They replaced the pizza, were very polite and handled the situation professionally."
