"The apartment we stayed opened up to the Yarra river view, the apartment was clean and had everything one would need for a short stay. Shops and restaurants are a stone throw away and major attractions are only short distance. Uber was easy to get. I would had given a 5 star if only the booking was managed properly. Unlike many other accommodation in the precincts, they don’t offer any free cancellation, it was a nightmare to process the bond money as their system kept on rejecting the bond payment. When we contacted the management and wanted to pay onsite after arrival, we were first assured that this can be done but later told us there will be no one to process the payment and they will not give access until the bond money is processed. We prepaid about $1100 and the bond was $300. Surely they could had given us access to the property and settle the bond money the next morning. We were driving 700km from home and in the mid way had uncertainty of a accommodation we paid for, they have caused us a lot of stress."

"Great location, rooms with beautiful views. Great for kids as well, with swimming pool, nearby playground and open/public gym/sports areas. A nearby tram stop convenient for public transport. Also Woolworths etc close by."

"Very poor customer service. We couldn’t travel to Melbourne due to their city going in to lockdown. We tried to get a refund and we were refused. We then approached them to receive a credit and were again refused. We received two word email replies and lost about $900. In these circumstances the hotel did nothing to assist us. Think before booking here!!"

"Amazing views and the location is great you can catch a tram right outside for free. The apartment is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The only one thing I would suggest in the bedroom cupboards is put some shelves in one side of the cupboard for clothes. Would highly recommend staying with Pars."
