"So disappointing because we love their fish and chips. An incredible hour and 10 minutes wait to get 2 fish and chips and we only got our order when we chased it. When we did get our order the fish was so small (the size of a small plate. The store was full of customers I counted 16 people’s waiting too but online orders were being fulfilled first. Staff looked clueless, confused and in each others way. It’s obvious they were taking too many orders and telling people a 30 minute wait time which was a lie. You have got it wrong, you didn’t speak to me, I wasn’t rude, you didn’t tell me an hour, do you know why? I didn’t order my husband did and he wasn’t any of the things you have said either. Check your CCTV. My husband was told 30 minutes by the young boy on the till, of which we accepted because it was Easter Friday , as I’m sure the other 16 people understood. So you see you have the wrong person. Instead of coming back at me for an honest review do the right thing learn from this and take ownership."

"I will never eat here again. Or recommend this business. I ordered our meal through Uber eats as I couldn’t drive. I asked for specific Gluten free items for myself and non gluten free for my family. The whole order arrived gluten free. The batter was so thick the potato cakes were not cooked through. The fish was thick and gluggy. The scollops had not been cleaned of the green poo like substance. This would have to be the worst meal I have ever ordered for a hefty $75 delivered. To make the matters worse I called to have this rectified and the owner was horrible and rude and not helpful. Told me to come pick the new order up. When I clearly couldn’t drive to get it. Then expected me to call Uber eats and re pay for the delivery. I’m super angry and will make it my mission to let everyone know how poor this service was. I’m disappointed because we ordered here often and the food has definitely gone down hill along with the customer service and attitude.
