"I don't know if they've changed their nappies since the older reviews below but the ones we bought from them just did not work at all. The "waterproof" outers just leak straight through, we were going through an outfit for every nappy change no matter how snug the fit around the legs. The inners are quite absorbant so we are still using these inside other better cloth nappy brands. Would not recommend."

From promptly replacing rented covers that have sprung a leak, to drivers calling me when I'd occasionally forgotten to put my dirty nappies out, it has been my absolute pleasure to use this service for our entire nappy journey. "I was a little worried that using cloth nappies would add extra pressure that a first time mum really doesn't need. However, the service provided by botanic baby and the quality of the products have made using cloth nappies too easy. Once you get the hang of folding them they never leak - I'm yet to have a "poo explosion". The nappy pail and liners keep our baby's room and apartment completely free of odor and the pick up/delivery service and communication with the service team is exceptional. Can not recommend Botanic baby more!"
"Botanic Baby staff are friendly and very quick to answer any queries. The nappies are great, they have fitted my newborn from day one with no issue and are top quality. As simple to use as disposables without the guilt and impact on the environment. We will be continuing on with the wash service until we get comfortable enough to wash our own- and when we do we will likely continue with the Botanic Baby prefolds and cover system as it is simple, soft and hassle free."
