"Worst salon ever. I asked for a colour with a but if sparkle. When the girl applied it I questioned her several times as it didn't look the same. It was a pure glitter colour. I was ignored and told this was the number I chose. By the final coat I went and got the sample to show her it was not the same. She rang the manager and when he came I told them to fix it as it was not what I chose. They ended up putting another colour over the top. It was so thick and you could see the other colour at the edges. Even wanted to charge me for the extra coats. The girl was also very rough and nicked me a few times. I would never go back. I ended up going elsewhere and having it redone"

"My husband booked an appointment for me at this nail salon It was the pits and that’s putting it mildly On arrival the staff were rude I had a brochure with prices and I had selected what I needed To my surprise they added $15 -$20 to every procedure When I asked them if they had any metallic nail polish one woman just screamed at me in Vietnamese I told the man working there that he had changed the pricing 3 times in under 1 minute I refuse to remain there so I picked my things and left They didn’t seem to care Also please don’t send your stupid generic response when obviously the management is not taking any customer complaints seriously I will make sure none of my friends visit your salon and as for me I’ll never set foot there again Ps I ended going to Hollywood nails Ringwood what a difference and great job"

"The worst nail salon ever. I’ve being getting my nails done for over 25 years now. Yesterday I visited this nail salon as my regular was unavailable and I needed nails. Lynn attended to my nails, and left this thick, uneven and pretty much ugly. Micheal then finished the nail polish and painted then again uneven and thick. Micheal had quoted me the day before $55 for a full set and charged me on the day $75. Don’t visit this nail salon, nails not to standard and a complete rip off. Hoping they get auditores to see the salon also because it’s not up to hygiene standards."

"I visited Odyssey at the Pines shopping centre today to redeem a voucher. When I arrived I let the staff know I was redeeming a voucher. I asked for SNS on my natural nails. I was told they were too short and I needed tips. Being new to nail salons, I said OK. The nail technician found it hard to stick the tips onto my nail bed. She used extraordinary amounts of super glue. I lost feeling in my fingertips and asked for her to remove the tips. One of my fingers started to bleed. She called the manager over who translated my request to her. She got angry and he translated to me that it was 'my fault" she needed to use that much glue as my nail beds weren't straight. Victim blaming at its best. She did soak Off the tips, very roughly, and used the electric nail file to scrape my nail best clear of glue. I have been left with cuts and bleeding cuticles and superglue under my finger nails and on my fingertips. I left without taking the remainder of my voucher. I wasn't refunded the $70 they took for this experience. Very unprofessional behaviour. My finger nails look like they have burns. Do not go to this place."

"I paid $95.00 (CASH), last Wednesday for a manicure & pedicure with shellac, it’s been less than a week and the colors have come off my finger nails, there’s chips in most and the entire color has come off 4/5 fingers on the left and 3/5 on the right hand. I’m really unhappy, I use to get my nails done here every 3 weeks, I’m a mom now and can’t get out as often, I thought this would last me 4 weeks like it use too. Now it’s causing me more work trying to fix my nails myself."
