"Had a settlement with them in October 2019. Requested a delayed settlement and had to follow up multiple times with no response. Finally got a response saying they are busy. At settlement date they fined us $1400. Now when we are looking to resell our land, its the same experience had to follow up multiple emails and they want us to pay another $550 fee to prepare a resale deed. Terrible company to deal with. These are the kind of companies that give lawyers a bad name."
