"Embarrassing unreasonable customer service. They spend a day deleting this review from google instead of replying to my email. Good proof for customer affairs. After spending $3000 direct with silver cross you expect to get products in working use. The products have been a pathetic, downgrade in quality for the well renowned brand. Product 1: baby high-chair I invested in their expensive high chair thinking it would be worthwhile yet the plastic part that clicks into the actual chair came broken. After sending pictures- They agreed to send out a new table- but guess what? I revived today a used dirty table sent out. WHAT A JOKE. - see attached pictures. I waited for this for three weeks and my baby has no high hair in the meantime! Please resend asap Product 2: Reef pram and carry cot. The base of pram is completely faulty by design. I can not use it once the baby’s weight is in it. Absolutely zero suspension. The wheels are tiny and the pram flips forward at any tint bump present. Metallic black base scratches at any pass and gives off a really used impression. All my mom friends can not believe how bad the pram pushes for the apparent quality. I’ve taken it into the baby bunting reps as the silver cross shop is always closed! The reps their all rolled their eyes how they would have never recommended this brand any longer as their only concern is the aesthetics. Their words “we don’t know how this pram has gotten approved” This brands quality has gone down the drain. Only thing that’s good about the pram is the aesthetics but the actual pram is unusable and a big safety hazard. So much for spending on the best brand! The customer service is run by one grumpy man that answers calls once a fortnight if lucky and offers to take the pram for a look at and leave you with nothing for ten days! This whole design should never have been approved. COMPLETE DANGER HAZARD! Don’t get duped by the brand name"

"Where do I begin. Let’s start with the non existent customer service, and the incompetence behind the one man show running this company to the ground in Australia. It has been nothing but problems since day dot with it taking weeks for the pram to be delivered, while losing half my order. This is my third baby, so after using the Bugaboo and Joolz, I definitely know what a pram should push like. The silver cross reef pram should never have been approved by Australian standards. This pram is a complete danger hazard, with zero suspension, and flimsy design. The pram wheels are made with zero suspension and can not be pushed on anything more than a shiny shopping centre floor. Forget your smooth pavement outside your house- your baby’s head will be rattled until she wakes. If approaching a curb, or a slight bump the pram comes to a complete halt and or tips forward as the suspension does not suffice while empty let alone with a baby inside! To get over a small bump you have to practically rip the whole pram back so the front wheels come in the air, otherwise it will not budge! I have tried tirelessly working it out amicably with the customer care team which has taken weeks to respond- and will now follow through with the ACCC advice. They have moved production to china yet are still charging high end prices. Not the same silver cross brand we know from 30 years ago. What a disappointment!"

"The pram we purchased literally months ago keeps getting delayed, and no they have stopped being able to be contacted via phone, as well as asking us to pick up a loan pram in store. Our baby is almost due and we paid a large amount for a pram. To top it all off, the Port Melbourne store is closed most of the time now. Very unhappy."
