"The sales pitch is always flawless - the product is great with a heavy price tag in comparison to most Sign yourself up and then the customer service becomes non existent thereafter My husband and I purchased our pram at a baby expo. The ladies were so helpful and really delivered exceptional service - I am thankful Bambini made one right choice when choosing who is the face of their company. The star ratings are all for them Post sale though, to organise payments and delivery was horrid. I've waiting for more than a week before posting this review to see if management will get back to me regarding my feedback Since I got nothing - I'll share my thoughts here where it'll be heard - I had to follow up my payment being received - I was advised I'll get a tracking number after confirming they've taken my payment - I had to chase up my tracking number - I finally received the tracking number with an ETA for delivery. I stayed home all day waiting for it - I called the company they use to deliver the pram only to be told Bambini hasn't arranged a pick up - I contacted Bambini, didn't hear from them until the next day - They told me they'd get back to me that afternoon with an update, I heard nothing. I had to follow it up myself again - The next morning I receive a tracking number again with an ETA - It ended up coming a day earlier and the courier left my $1,900 pram on my porch in broad daylight whilst my husband and I was at work - I expressed my frustration and requested some customer service for inconvenience. I.e. consider waiving the delivery fee for the horrible experience or provide a store credit to prove their bad service was just a once off Instead they just kept asking me if my pram is ok and that they've passed my feedback onto management for review To think I was going to recommend their company to my pregnant sister NO thank you"
