Was on the fence re. a large purchase I had to make quickly, the staff member gave me succinct, well-informed and balanced info and advice with no pressure. Few weeks on and I can say I’m extremely glad I went with his recommendation! Also when I checked, prices were v competitive. And their range is excellent."

"We’ve been a couple of times as the location is convenient but the store consistently marks products up at least 20-30% (eg pram adapters at 65 when they are 45 most other places). The male staffer in particular has limited product or market knowledge. Will opt for baby bunting in the future without a doubt for both better prices and quality of service."
