"I’ve come here a few times & they were initially ok. Lately, the quality of work has declined. Within a day, the colour on the nails were chipping & the coating seemed soft/not cured properly. The same person who did my nails the last 2 times weren’t careful as they drilled into my skin & forced removed existing nail tips with another nail tip instead off it soaking off. Severe lack of care."

"I recently had a highly disappointing experience at a nail salon when I went in for a pedicure. Unfortunately, the nail technician's level of professionalism was extremely lacking, and it was evident that she did not prioritize providing proper care. To my dismay, she rushed through the service and even went as far as cutting my toe without taking the necessary step of disinfecting it beforehand. This negligence and disregard for hygiene left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. Feeling understandably upset, I promptly requested that the technician stop and left the shop. The fact that I had to ask for a Band-Aid to address the bleeding further highlights the overall lack of attention and care during my visit. It's disheartening to have such an unprofessional encounter when seeking a simple pampering session. I sincerely hope that the salon management becomes aware of this incident, as it is crucial for them to address and rectify these issues. It is imperative that they take appropriate measures to prevent such negligence in the future and ensure the safety and well-being of their customers. In conclusion, my experience at this nail salon was far from satisfactory. The unprofessional behavior, rushed service, and lack of hygiene practices left me feeling disappointed and concerned. I would strongly advise others to reconsider choosing this particular establishment for their nail care needs."

"I recently had the most unfortunate experience with a nail manicure that left me feeling frustrated, hurt, and abandoned. I visited a nail salon with high hopes of pampering myself and giving my nails a fresh, vibrant look. Little did I know that it would turn into a nightmare. First and foremost, the incompetence of the nail technician was apparent from the beginning. As she began working on my nails, it was evident that she lacked the necessary skills and precision required for a quality manicure. She seemed rushed and disinterested, causing me to worry about the outcome. To my dismay, my fears were realized when she accidentally injured one of my nails. It was a painful experience. To make matters worse, the technician's behavior following was irresponsible. At the end 3 technicians came there to repair something ,Instead of apologizing or informing me about the situation, they abruptly left the salon without any explanation or warning. I was left sitting there, alone and confused, wondering what had just happened. The lack of communication and disregard for my well-being was absolutely appalling."

"Initial reception was great but unfortunately it was all downhill from there. Rushed my service, didn't speak a word to me during my service, didn't even ask if I wanted my nails cut or what shape I wanted them filed. Cut my cuticle and left it bleeding, messy application to the point that I had to take a nail file and finish my nails myself in the salon. They were unfazed by this, laughed and spoke another language the entire time we were in the salon. Unprofessional, under qualified, rude and uncaring. I would.not recommend this salon and am genuinely surprised they are even allowed to operate."
