I am super impressed with the level of service as I was notified all the way through the process, from acknowledging my order to letting me know delivery updates. "First time user of the service, got the right part which was great. However.... i was told the part would take 4 to 5 days, i ordered on a Monday and was advised it would be there on the Friday, called Friday morning and was told, oh you should not have been told 4-5 days as its usually 7 days at least. Hmmm ok, then called on Tuesday (7 business days later), was told it had not arrived as yet, I explained my experience to date and was told, that's not right, we don't give out time frames at all, you simply order and we text you when it's here! BUT..... the part arrived and it was the right one. I have provided this feedback to the store but felt it was not "accepted". I will use the store again, but will also be mindful to just allow 2 weeks and then we won't be disappointed with the timeframe."
