"This is my second visit to the Springvale store and the customer service is non-existent. Contrasting this with stores such as JB Hi-Fi, The Glen, this is almost in the never-visit-again category. Went in for a service issue that recurred the second time and the attitude was "go-away". The folks did not know that the screen protector was factory installed and tried their bit to scrape the screen protector right in front of me to prove that it was a screen protector. I literally got my phone back and just left the store and started dealing with the folks at the Glen. Though the problem was not resolved here - it was the attitude to address my problem that stood out including diligent call backs."
