She was extremely helpful and she is well spoken. She was able to locate the product I wanted in a different area and arrange delivery for me. It was nice to speak with someone who genuinely wanted to help me and seemed excited about being at work. Thanks again, I appreciate your time and service."

"The secret to this place is that little cafe under the escalators. Good quality coffee but cakes and desserts are a bit lacking. Probably has the most cleanest toilet in the centre. Staff members are non-existent in a way - they're always somewhere else with no one manning the counter. Overall not a bad place."

"This is such an amazing store. Has many levels full of everything you could ever possibly need. The overall layout and design of the store is really quite impressive and definitely is worth stopping in, to at least have a look around. The staff are very friendly and are more than willing to assist you with any questions or queries that you may have. There is plenty of stock so you are guaranteed to discover what it is that you set out to find. I was really impressed with this store and will be returning again in the future."
