I was so stressed that it wouldn't be in stock and then there weren't any in the cabinet TvT Some random staff member helped out though and got the headphones down from where they keep the stock. Ladder looked hella rickety, he should get paid more. Overall good experience, the discount on rn took almost a third of the price off."
"Two visits the same day. Went to another store first, looking for a laptop. After 30 minute wait we left & went to JB. Staff were busy, but after a 5 min wait we found one who was attentive, answered questions about what each laptop offered, knowledgeable about the product & all round nice guy. Returned again after 20 minute wait in first store, again, wanting to buy a tablet. Staff member price matched the item (same sale price online but not displayed in store), knowledgeable about the product, recommended additional item, & clearly went through what limitations & benefits were for the model. Added bonus, original salesperson spotted us in the store & came over to make sure we had no problems or additional questions."
"JB Hi Fi is a great store with very helpful staff. However I can't say the same for the contractors who install their TV'S. They installed our large TV on the wall. The TV was not centred and was hanging with the top tilting. When we asked JB to have them come back they were not so helpful. We are still waiting and they have the audacity to charge us. JB said they couldn't do anything about it. Well here's a suggestion. Take them off your list of instalkers!"

Lucky for us, a friendly staff Tash came to the rescue! She was very patient and gave us good advice on different brands and model to help us choose the right one.
