"I came in wanting to buy a specific laptop which I had photographed in another Harvey Norman store previously whilst researching computers. I understand that there are renovations occurring in store, and being short staffed, there was a wait. However, when I was finally seen to it was by someone who's had enough of working in retail. I pulled out the picture of the laptop I wanted, and told him that I'd like to buy that model. He responded by scoffing at me, asking why I wanted that one, and told me it was overpriced for what it was. I own my own retail business and was wanting a basic computer, and the way I was treated sent me straight to JB hifi, where the service was pleasant and quick and no one tried to treat me like an idiot."
