"I bought a washing machine there and purchased their Concierge Gold Service Extras. Sales person assured us that if anything broke on the machine it would be covered if we took out the policy. What a joke. The machine broke and we have been given the run around for 5 days so far. The machine started to make knocking sounds and the drum is moving incorrectly, which has damaged the door seal. They first tried to dismiss our claim saying that its not a mechanical issue and they don't cover strange sounds or door seals. Then they promised a callback a few days later which never happened. When I called back today I got put onto very rude underwriters who again tried to dismiss my claim in the same way. All this and no-one has actually looked at my machine to diagnose the fault. They also told me that the person who promised a callback was lying as they don't do outgoing calls. Eventually they booked a callout, but we have to wait another 7 days for the technician to come out and take a look. Buyer beware, the brochure says "Personal comprehensive product care" and "Exceptional Service" but its a total scam. I personally will not be spending a cent in Goodfellas ever again and I'll make sure anyone I know is aware of what to expect."

"I bought a washing machine. The salesperson promised me to be delivered in 14 days. I had been waiting for 2 weeks, but no news. When I called them simply they told me that there is no available in our stock and the vendor is not going to deliver it anymore. You must come here if you want to be refunded. They treated in a way that this is my problem. When I asked them why didn't you inform me during this two week period, the salesperson told me we call our customer only if their item is to be delivered. Really rediculuous. There were problems in the process of refunding as their cashiers did not know the simplest things about the refunding process and behaved irrespectfully. They only know money and when you paid them, you have no worth to them. Customer loyalty does not mean to them at no price. They ruined all my day and wasted my day. No one appologized for that. I think the BAD guys is more suitable to them. The only thing they told me was that we are closing and harry up, because we want to go home. I reckon if you purchase them you may regret like me."

"Good customer service from sales team member Sian, made the transaction easy. Also at the checkout very courteous team member Harit checked that everthing was in order and correct before I paid. Overall these two team members were very helpful and friendly, making sure the customer was happy."

"I just wanted to share I had a very pleasant experience at this store last night. Staff were relaxed and I was in and out with my purchase in under 10mins. I had called other good guys stores with me enquiry, but they were all rude and didn't give me a definitive answer. I drove a bit further for this store because of the staff over the phone assured me before i came. More stores need to be like them instead of having many inexperienced members that keep escalating but getting nowhere."

"Want to firstly say this is just aimed at two staff members that need training in customer service. The staff member that finalised the purchase was great. The worker in question is named Nicole and the other I think is just new. Nicole, gave some very petty attitude when I wanted to confirm whether I would get an email confirmation for my purchase. She stated she asked for my details for before. This did occur but to confirm my price matching request not for for the overall purchase. Please, also bear in mind the trainee was also speaking to me in a very quiet tone and was hardly understandable. Just because you have to input some extra details about a customer doesn’t mean you crack a hissy fit. Hope both staff members receive training."
