The staff serving at the register are friendly and helpful, BUT the people receiving goods out the back are rude and grouchy. My feelings are if you're dealing with the public and they're making donations, at least be pleasant!"
"I hate to leave a review with negative content. Firstly the people who work in this shop are lovely and the shop is clean and neatly laid out. If I could rate them separately, they would get five stars. This review is for a donation I took today. The man at the donation point was very unfriendly. He complained the whole time as I unloaded my own car. He queried why I had so many books. I told him they were my late mother's and his reply was that they would all end up at the tip. I was very upset, and will now donate to Savers from now on. However, I will continue to visit the shop itself, as it is lovely."
