"Very disappointed in the customer service and product postage. Got sent the wrong product and when i reached out to enquire if i can get the correct product sent as I cant use the one they sent to me Helen from Wow Baby replied and said “It’s pretty much the same thing” questioning why i wont accept the wrong product. I asked to send it back for replacement and never received a reply. Wont be recommending or purchasing from this store again. Don’t waste your money or time with this store!"
"The merino go go sleeping bag was exactly what our baby needed for a good night sleep. The product is wool so it is perfect for all temps and we don't have to use any extra blankets. This sleeping bag is a big part of our baby's night time routine and now he knows when we put him in it it is time for bed. Such a life saver for a sleep deprived mum. I will be needing more of these becuase our baby loves them so does mum and dad. Great service and description of the items. Will be purchasing from this supplier again."

"I ordered recently (October 2017) with Wow Baby a last minute present for a group baby shower gift. I placed the order on the Tuesday morning and it arrived on my doorstep on the Wednesday. The purchase was absolutely flawless - cheapest price I could find online, reasonable shipping costs, great communication and it was all done immediately. Apparently this business has taken over from the previous Wow Baby owners (who apparently only did the name disservice) so if you have had a bad experience in the past, give them another go. Honestly will be ordering everything I need from these guys from now on."
