"Very bizarre experience since the moment walked into the showroom today(17/02/2023). We started in front of the ovens on the front row, then a store person walked to our direction started searching for things in the nearby cabinets, I asked her whether she can give us any information on the ovens, she replied she will find us someone else and kept searching whatever she was searching. I mean the store was not busy at all but her reply still acceptable and another staff approached us afterwards and gave very brief information on two of the owens and we thanked her and kept on our own viewing of displays. Suddenly another staff approached us, we thought finally someone takes initiative to offer some further assistance, but she seemed very impatient with me kept asking me to repeat myself and she didn’t seem to register or really listened to my questions and she was very closed up and defensive rather than being informative in answering my questions - very bizarre and weird way of interacting with customers. Then we wanted to walk into the other showroom I realized its glass door was closed and it was completely open and can freely go into just a few minutes ago. The staff finally revealed her reason to approach us that she was not approaching us to help but here to lock this door to prevent us entering and she said this room needs staff accompanying to go in(Seriously! You left it completely open the whole time and only when we want to take a look at, it suddenly turned into a forbidden room). We left the store feeling unwelcomed. I am not sure about Miele’s Doncaster showroom’s policy but it certainly can learn a lot from other appliances showrooms. Have you heard of Chadstone basement Winnings Appliances showroom? Way more grand interior and greater appliances and no forbidden sections there - more open, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. If not, even with Harvey Norman, e&s and Good Guys, the Miele Doncaster staff certainly can learn a lot from on interacting with customers. I was also very shocked, none of these 3 staff I encountered in the store had ever asked ‘DO YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT OUR OTHER APPLIANCES such as dishwasher and cooktop?’ even when barely any other customers were in the store. Very unprofessionally trained staff. If Miele appliances claimed to be leading appliances in the market, it’s showroom customer service seriously needs to catch up. I am not sure how they treat other customers usually, from my vivid experience today, I don’t recommend at all."

"Worst customer service ever! Went to the Doncaster Miele centre this morning, waited for 5 mins nobody greeted us. Finally a staff member came, instead of saying something like “thanks for waiting, how can I help you?” She said “do you want anything?” After explained to her, nicely, I wanted 2 packets of descaling tablets for my steam oven, she said “I have other customers, can you come back.” I never imagined Miele, or any retailer, would treat their customers like this! Honestly, it took less than 30 seconds for another staff to process my purchase, the very rude staff member walked away without even saying anything. I would’ve given 0 star if not for the second staff who helped us and apologised for the wait. When we purchased all our kitchen appliances from Miele before the reno, we were told that we are now proud Miele owners and customers. I did not feel anything but extremely disappointed after this experience. This is not the first time the same staff was rude to us. Miele should really lift up your customer service training!"

"Can someone explain why this would happen on a most expensive Steamer (DG6010) in the market ? Water tank socket burnt, circuit breaker tripped, dinner ruined."

"Staff were very helpful. It was very well organised. Dropped a star as I arranged a dishwasher install and no one told me I need to have a cold water tap installed first so had to then organise a plumber and reorganise the install."
