"I was so disappointed. Went in today as brought a lap top just 2 weeks ago and the charger has already broken obviously faulty as sparking. I went in receipts and warranty. To be told I would have to pay for a replacement. I was sold 5 year of warranty after only wanting 3 but felt pressured and told 5 was better. Which was obviously a total waste so way to steal my money, was told I could not use it to purchase a new charger. It was clearly faulty to start with so surely I should be given a charger without cost. So annoyed. I live close by but will not be coming back to you. The guy I was speaking to was rude and very unhelpful was told it’s not his problem and he can’t help. Walked away baffled. Worst customer service ever."
"I appreciate the security officer saying hello and then thank you as I entered and left the store. What I don't appreciate is that staff (whom are salespeople!) are doing little effort while only one person attends to customers near the mobile phone section. If I ever hear from one of the salespeople "my day is over can you come tomorrow" then all is, quite frankly, lost. Standards are slipping."
