Contacted Airflo by email for some advice but was told unit cant be repaired but when I said I couldn't bring it back to the shop they ignored me so I have a $200 vacuum which lasted a month and they just couldn't care less. Will never buy any Airflo product in future on principle."

Ring back I was told not oh we will get him to ring you. I rang back and he said I will ring you back once I have looked for the filter kit. I had to ring him 3 times again and never got an answer back. So hence my airflo vacuum packed up only due to dust and bits getting into the motor because my filter was so deteriorated. SO ANGRY. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER AIRFLO PRODUCT AGAIN. AIRFLO AUSTRALIA YOU ARE A DISGRACE"
