She explained about the products very well and helped us to choose the right one according to our need. She was about finish her shift but still she spend about an hour with us to explain about the products. She has excellent customer service skills. "Bought a food processor yesterday and couldn’t work out how to use it after reading the instructions. So I brought it back to the store and asked for help. I was told to go back and read the instructions. She was rude and was happy to see me gone. After reading so many bad reviews, seems like this is the norm for this store. Bad customer service and not likely to change I reckon."
"As per the other reviews customer service needs work. I went to buy a new baby carrier & it was like it was a burden to explain more about the product I was interested in. It’s a decent sized investment so I don’t think it’s too much to get some information and help. I was told by the service person that they only knew a particular brand so couldn’t really tell me anything about the one I wanted and they were short staffed so couldn’t find me someone who did. Was told to google how to put it together, told no returns if I don’t like the colour yet they wouldn’t show me a sample. Regret buying it from there but I had no time to go to another store. Have spent thousands there and that will be the last time I shop there. I’ll go there, check the quality of what I’m after and buy online from elsewhere! Looks like I’m not alone in the reviews."
"Have to agree with the rest of the reviews unfortunately, customer service is poor. Was simply looking for advice on which sun shade to buy for our car windows - when asking how to fit them to the window, I was met with ‘oh, I don’t know’ (feel like she would have said that if I was holding any product)… the woman then proceeded to tell the whole queue how she was exhausted as she’d had to work a double cause the other manager didn’t show.. everyone staring awkwardly and the whole energy was just low and lazyyy. 2 stars cause I feel they have a good range of products in store."
