Welcome to Fusion's Old School Op Shop, located at 20 Robertson Drive in Mornington, Australia. As an establishment, point of interest, and store, we offer a unique experience that goes beyond simply shopping.

At Fusion's Old School Op Shop, our mission is to educate, accommodate, support, and share life with individuals and families in need. We believe in helping people find their place and make their mark in the community. By focusing on strengthening young people and families through a community-based response, we aim to create real and lasting change.

As a grassroots community organization with over 40 years of proven history, Fusion Mornington Peninsula provides support and community for young people experiencing homelessness on the Mornington Peninsula. We are one of the 16 centers of Fusion Australia and operate as a living community, led by dedicated youth and community workers. We also rely on the active participation of local businesses, the council, community groups, and passionate individuals to make a difference.

By supporting Fusion's Old School Op Shop, you are helping to strengthen the lives of vulnerable young people and families on the Mornington Peninsula. You are also supporting the only youth accommodation service in the area. We believe that it takes a village to raise a child, and we aim to create that village for young families experiencing homelessness.

Our Fusion Village is purpose-designed for community living, featuring six villas, a communal kitchen and activities space, a lead-tenant house, a sensory garden, and play spaces. This village provides the necessary support for young families to thrive and overcome their challenges.

In addition to our accommodation services, Fusion Mornington Peninsula offers family casework for young families under 25 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We also provide mentoring opportunities for parents and caregivers who have completed the Families course. This 6-week program allows participants to meet with a mentor for an hour each week to delve deeper into the topics covered in the course.

As an Australian-born Christian youth and community development organization, Fusion works on the cutting edge of youth issues and various community challenges. We strive to build a sense of community and belonging in all our activities.
