"55km service for MQ Triton, 3 return visits to rectify problem created during service by mechanic error (exhaust fumes entering cabin due to incorrect manifold tightening) Paint work scratched quite badly during this time by technician, grease and greasy hand prints on panels & doors, photos sent, emails sent, phone calls made, no contact from management despite multiple attempts made. Final straw was getting grief from reception when requesting the courtesy bus service home (6km) no apologies, no ownership of damage or problems created, lost a total of 4 days work returning vehicle for repairs & offered $100 off my next service. You be the judge."

"I helped my daughter purchase a MG HS. The service on the day was fine but that’s where it stopped. There was no follow up service. my daughter would leave messages for the salesperson and he never return any calls or emails. She had to chase him. For 4 weeks in a row he told her your car would be here this Friday. It never came. We even dropped the trade in early because of this info and she was without a car for 4 weeks. We want to the office and spoke to the manager about the lack of follow up and service. He defended the salesperson and kept telling us about the logistic and import issues. We told him we understood that but this is about the ongoing lies and lack of follow up! I purchased a new car 2 weeks ago and decided to go buy from here due to the derby. Cannot recommend at all because they’re no after sales service at all!!"
