"I bought a property from their client with a 45 day settlement. I had booked cleaners, removalists etc, for my current property the day after. I was also due to return the keys to my real estate agent the next day. When this mob got wind of this, they delayed the settlement and claimed they needed to draw up a contract agreement, for me to get the keys before settlement for a fee of $750 extra - like they weren't making enough from this deal! It seems as though they delayed deliberately to make a few more dollars - even the vendor(and my solicitor) was not happy with them for the duration of the process. Do not use them!"
